The Naturalization Process is a system of forms that takes an individual through the step by step procedure of becoming a U.S. Citizen.
The act of decoding the information is a metaphor for the labor of immigrants who seek better opportunites and the same rights and privileges given to natural born citizens.
The different components of the piece, the Naturalization forms, the Civics Test Booklet and the Oath Taking invitation were all made with the idea of interdependence in mind. Two components are always needed to be able to understand the information.
